Friday 22^nd

• The venue for Lindon's Festschrift is in Moray House, Paterson's Land, 19 St John St, EH8 8AQ) in the Old town.
  • You can get here either walking down the Royal mile and walking through the St Johns close (narrow walled gap) off the Royal Mile. Or else you can come up St John St, off Holyrood Rd.
  • The Fest will run 9:00am to 6pm: Registration from 8:30am.
  • Tea coffee, biscuits, and a morning muffin are provided. You will find your own lunch at one of many providers and pubs in the nearby historic Royal Mile.
• 7:30–11pm Reception
  • The reception is booked for the Playfair Library, starting at 7:30pm - 11pm
  • This is in the Old College. Enter from South Bridge, EH8 9YL
  • This is an easy 10 minute walk up from the Festschrift.
  • Playfair Library, Old College, South Bridge (10 min walk from Fest venue)
  • (Executive meeting 5:30-7:30)

Saturday 23^rd

• 8:30–5pm Conference day 1
• Where: Royal College of Physicians 9 Queen St, EH2 1JQ. (in the New Town, parallel to George St)
  • The venue is The Royal College of Physicians, 9 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 1JQ.
    • Rooms are:
      • The Queen Mother Conference Centre: Plenary room for 300 delegates in tiered seating
      • The Great Hall: Room for 100+ and home for our banquet.
      • The "new" Library: 1870s room seating around 60-70

Sunday 24^th

• 8:30 – 5:00 pm Conference day 2
• 5:00 – 7:30 pm Poster evening (drink and small snack)

Monday 25^th

• 8:30 – 5pm Conference day 3

Business meeting For all members: Lunch hour + time for everyone to get food and assemble.

• We finish with a banquet, in the College of Physicians, Monday evening
  • Drinks from 7:30, for dinner at 8 pm.

• Friday 22: ExComm meeting One: 6:00-7:30 PM, Raeburn Room, Old College
• Monday 25: ExComm meeting Two: 5:00-7:30 PM, Duncan Room, Royal College of Physicians

Posters:

The poster boards are 1 metre wide by 2 metre high fabric boards, for Velcro dot attachment. Velcro dots will be supplied
